Remuneration

The remuneration for the law firm is determined by the nature of the legal service provided. Based on the consultation and an agreement with a client, one of the following types of remuneration for legal services is chosen:

  • Hourly rate: the remuneration for legal services is determined by the number of hours the lawyer handing the case for the client actually spends.
  • Rate per action: the remuneration for legal services is determined by the number of actions performed by the lawyer for the client’s case.
  • Flat rate: the remuneration for legal services is agreed as a fixed amount for complete settlement of the case, the amount of which is agreed on with the client upon representation take over. The flat rate can also be agreed upon as a monthly payment and this payment covers all the hours within a month.
